Diane Paris brings over 8 years of Property Management experience to Phillips Development & Realty. Currently the Property Manager of 3400 Selwyn Apartments in Charlotte, NC, Diane is responsible for managing the daily operations of the property including leasing, marketing, staffing, maintenance and finances.
Paris has held Property Management positions for both PDR as well as other companies in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. She most recently worked at PDR’s lease-up community, Phillips University Center, in Charlotte, NC. Accolades include Customer Service Excellence awards.
When asked about her decision to join PDR, Paris stated, “I was attracted to the relaxed atmosphere and family-oriented values. Everyone is a team player within the company.” Paris sees a future filled with opportunity at PDR.
Currently a resident of Charlotte, NC, Diane volunteers for the Humane Society during her free time. She and her husband also love to travel and spend time with family and friends.
