PDR’s Construction Services provides a complete range of Development Owner Representation which begins at Project Vision and ends at completion of Lease Up and/or Disposition. Construction Services executes Site Analyses, Re-Entitlement Processes, Budgeting Forecasts, Design Coordination, Contractor Selection, Value Engineering, Scheduling, Construction Management, Cost Control, and Project Turnover of all of PDR’s Projects. Our staff has successfully delivered over 5,000 Residential Units. Maintaining the delicate balance between Development Cash Flows as it relates to Design, Permitting, Loan Financing, and Construction is key to PDR’s success and is balanced daily by our Construction Services Department.

PDR’s Construction Services Department has established Spartan Construction, Odyssey Management Services, and Spartan Integrated Logistics as third party sources for Construction, Construction Management, and Bulk Material Supply respectively.
